Foundry process

A particular advantage of ADMOS bearings production is our factory-owned foundry. This gives us full control of this critical manufacturing process, at the same time allows ADMOS to respond flexibly to the most diverse requirements. A comprehensive over the years acquired knowledge in dealing with all the usual white metal and bronze alloys guarantee to customize each bearing in consistently high quality.

Coating process

ADMOS has several modern bronze and white metal casting plants. These allow us to douse half bearings, bushings, bolts and segments. The application of the bearing material layer may be done either as a two-layer composite casting or multi-layered.
