ADMOS has implemented a certified quality management system according to ISO 9001-2008, which guarantees a continuous documentation for each supplied bearing. From the incoming inspection of the base material to the incoming inspection of the finished product all manufacturing related operations are checked and documented. This includes material certificates, the supervision and monitoring of the binding of the bearing metals as well as the proper execution.
For the standardized quality control, we use the most modern 3D measuring machines and ultrasonic technology. To ensure a consistently high quality every bearing in addition to a dye penetration test is also subjected to an ultrasonic test according to DIN ISO 4386th. Optionally checked after delivery specifications of the customer. Our qualified staff is certified to Level 2 for non-destructive material testing.
